2. Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are final.
  • We do not offer refunds or accept cancellations under any circumstances.
  • Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your booking.

3. Liability Disclaimer

  • All participants must read and sign a liability disclaimer on arrival before the tour begins.
  • Our tours involve walking on uneven ground and around livestock. You participate at your own risk.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe safety could be compromised.

4. Accessibility and Age Restrictions

  • Tours are not suitable for children under 6, pushchairs, prams, or wheelchairs.
  • Participants must be able to walk approximately 2 miles.
  • Sorry, no dogs allowed on the tour.

5. What to Bring

  • Please wear appropriate outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear.
  • We recommend waterproof jackets and no loose, flappy items that may startle animals.
